About emma
Following a BA in Interdisciplinary Design, Emma gained formal training at the renowned KLC School of Design in 2014 before gaining invaluable experience as an Interior Designer at an award-winning London Interior Design studio. Here she worked closely with the Creative Director on a vast array of exciting schemes & projects across the UK & abroad.
In 2020, Emma founded her own studio, striving to create authentic interiors which provide a playful & stimulating backdrop to everyday life. With a strong belief that our interior spaces can impact how we feel, Emma takes an entirely personal approach to each project, creating inviting yet refined interiors which are enriched by beautiful & interesting one-off pieces wherever possible.
With a decade’s experience in the industry, Emma and her small team are currently working on a range of exciting projects in London and across the UK.

How we work
Led by Founder & Creative Director Emma Ainscough, the studio prides itself on its holistic approach to each project, working closely with our clients to create considered interiors which wholly reflect the clients’ needs and objectives, whilst exuding a joyful personality.
Working closely with skilled & trusted craftsmen, and a wide range of suppliers, our designs are firmly rooted in quality, practicality & comfort. Unswayed by passing trends, the results are long-lasting and characterful, designed to withstand and enhance the rigours of day-to-day family life.
Our full Interior Design package typically involves Emma & the team working closely with you, the Client, comprehensively from concept to completion, alongside any appointed Architect, Project Manager, and / or any other services specialists.
